ABBPaul Darling OBE QC was appointed the ABB Chairman in 2014

A leading QC, Paul is also a director of a substantial family pharmaceutical business, and served as Chairman of the Sports Ground Safety Authority, the organisation set up to ensure the safety of sports fans and stadia in the wake of the Hillsborough tragedy. Paul received the OBE for this work.

Paul served as a Government Appointed Member of the Horserace Betting Levy Board (HBLB), which collects levy from the UK bookmaking industry, and was chairman of the HBLB’s Remuneration and Investments Committees.

Malcolm George

Malcolm is an experienced communications and government relations professional with over 20 years’ experience working with some of the largest global companies. Most recently Malcolm was Head of EMEA and SE Asia Government Relations for global IT company, Dell Inc. Previous roles include leading EMEA Government Relations for Hewlett Packard Inc. and Electronic Data Systems.

Gary Follis

Gary is a former special adviser to Government, financial services policy and government relations adviser and most recently political adviser to a number of senior Members of Parliament. He has over 20 years’ experience working in policy, campaigning and communications.

Ursula Servis

Ursula joined ABB as PA Manager in June 2014 and has extensive experience in public affairs having worked at Bell Pottinger and latterly Cicero Group. Ursula was educated at Exeter University and completed a Masters in Human Rights Law at Birkbeck College, London in 2012.

Peter Craske

Peter has worked in communication roles for a variety of organisations, from charities to political parties. At the ABB Peter is the main contact for media queries and regularly undertakes interviews on radio and television about issues relating to the industry.

Nicola BW

Nicola Thompson

Nicola is an Administrator with many years’ experience working in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors. In her previous role with Element Six Ltd (a De Beers Group Company), she was PA to the Head of Group IP and Team Administrator. Prior to this, Nicola worked at the Lawn Tennis Association, where she was PA and Team Co-ordinator, and at Turley (a planning consultancy) as Team Secretary.
