The ABB welcomes today’s report published by the Gambling Commission which shows underage gambling figures remain low.
Commenting on the report an ABB spokesperson said:
“The protection of children is one of our highest priorities.
While we must never be complacent, today’s findings are a positive reflection on the strength of the betting industry’s age verification processes.
This research proves that initiatives such as our ‘Think 21’ policy and compliance testing programmes are having a positive impact across the UK.
Nevertheless, we never stop looking at how we can improve and are committed to doing everything we can to ensure that those under the age of 18 are prevented from accessing our products.”
